Foundation in Music (FIM)
This 18 months programme is a pre-university course designed
to prepare students for the Bachelor
of Music (Hons) in Professional Music. In
this course, students will be taught the fundamentals
in music, ear training, harmony, scoring and
performance. This course serves as a platform
for students to form their basis of musical
knowledge and skills.
Students planning to
do the Bachelors of Music (Hons) In Professional
Music MUST complete the 18 months Foundation in Music as a prerequisite.
Intakes for Foundation in Music is January, March, July and September.
